- Zero plastic policy: use of reusable dishes and bottles.
- Sorting stations to encourage recycling and composting.
- Reduction of food waste through partnerships with

- Zero waste objective thanks to rigorous management and the involvement of all participants.
Responsible transportation
- Encourage carpooling and active transportation.
- Electric vehicle charging stations available on site.
Local and sustainable food
- 100% vegetarian menus with a majority of local and organic products.
- Promotion of regional suppliers to support the local economy.
Offsetting carbon emissions
- Calculation of our carbon footprint using the TRACE tool.
- Offsetting emissions via Gold Standard-certified projects.

As a participant, you have a key role to play. Here are a few simple actions to help us make this event even more sustainable:
- Opt for eco-responsible transport : carpool, walk or bike if possible.
-Bring your own reusable bottle: water stations will be available on site.
- Respect sorting instructions : recycling and
composting stations will be available.
