Who is Paul Arsenault
Paul Arseneault, Professor in the Marketing Department at ESG UQAM, is a recognized expert in tourism and hospitality, with a unique flair for sustainable innovation. With a PhD in Management Sciences from the Université d'Angers, he headed the UQAM Chair in Tourism from 2012 to 2020 and directed the Tourism Intelligence Network for 17 years. An entrepreneur at heart, he founded his first consulting firm at the age of 25, and has continued to support companies, associations and governments in innovative strategic projects. A captivating speaker and unrivalled popularizer, he is regularly invited by the national media to shed light on current tourism issues. With a career spanning more than three decades, Paul Arseneault will share his bold vision of sustainable tourism at Les Grands remous.
