Sustainable tourism and natural environments: a question of balance

This workshop will enable participants to share their needs and sources of inspiration for meeting the challenges and opportunities associated with structuring tourism activities in natural environments that have been or will be conserved. A presentation by the Vitrine en tourisme responsable et durable en contexte nordique et autochtone (Showcase for responsible and sustainable tourism in a northern and aboriginal context) will also highlight various practices and strategies that have been tried and tested in the Uapishka Biodiversity Reserve.
